We use LinkedIn as both a social platform and for a private group. The private group allows people to more easily identify connection requests as other DEF members.
Of note, we encourage volunteers to add DEF to their profiles (either as a job or volunteer role) - something like "DEF Operations Team" (or whatever team you're on) would work well.
Be sure to follow the #DEFCommunity hashtag.

In order to make it as easy as possible for people to contribute content to DEF's social media calendar, we've created a simple video showing you step-by-step how to follow along with the instructions on the Trello Social Media board.
You will notice there are instructions on the left-hand side of the board - you can review those, which are shown in the video. If you have any problems, post your issue in lt-communications in Slack.
