Anyone who is a member of DEF is qualified as such because they are in our customer relationship management (CRM) tool, NeonCRM.
This tool takes information shared on public-facing forms (such as those linked on our website) and creates accounts used by the Community Team. It also allows for donor, sponsor and partner information to be tracked by the Giving Team and Engagement Team. It is also used to track financial elements by the Finance Team.

NeonCRM has a few basic capabilities, like creating reports, looking at member records, adding different types of accounts and looking at financial aspects of membership and donations.
Although it may feel clunky at first, the NeonCRM team appears to be working to improve it all the time. Since it integrates with Eventbrite and QuickBooks, we get decent value out of it.
